Educational activities of the SriLankan Aviation College (SLAC) has been expanded by expanding the training school of the SriLankan Airlines to the Northern and Eastern Provinces.
Accordingly, steps have been taken to establish two branches of the SLAC in Jaffna and Kalmunai.
By this, access will be provided to students residing and working in above areas to continue their courses.
The SLAC has been offering certificates in the aviation industry for over 34 years through courses widely recognized by international and European aviation bodies.
Currently, the SLAC has been established in Katunayake Airport.
Moreover, training schools are to be opened for students all over Sri Lanka to study related courses affiliated with the college.
