State Minister Chamara Sampath Dassanayake today raised objections in Parliament over the ignorance of the Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena about his appointment as a State Minister.
This was after the Speaker addressed him as a member of Parliament.
Mr Dassanayake said he regretted that the Speaker was not aware that he had been appointed by the President.
