Suspect nabbed with T-56 weapon and ammunition in Kiribathgoda
A team of officers from the Kiribathgoda Police conducted a raid last evening (21) following a tip-off, arresting a suspect who was traveling in a three-wheeler. A T-56 assault rifle, a T-56 magazine with 30 live rounds and 5.5 grams of 'Ice' was recovered from the suspect's possession.
The 30-year-old suspect is a resident of Vavuniya. Kiribathgoda Police are investigating.
