A group of thieves who entered into a leasing company in Chillaw through a wall have removed more than Rs 7.1 million cash today, Police said.
They had entered the building and used a grinder machine to cut open two safes.
They had failed to locate another safe where gold items had been stored.
The leasing company was located close to the Chillaw hospital,
