For the convenience of commuters, 13 office train services would operate at the normal times tomorrow (15), the President's Media Division (PMD) stated.
The trains will operate from Avissawella, Chilaw, Rambukkana, Ganewatte, Mahawa, Kandy, Beliatta, Galle, Aluthgama & Kalutara South to Colombo.
Police protection will be deployed to ensure safety of passengers & commuters, the PMD added.
The move comes after some trade unions announced that it will join the island-wide strike planned in multiple sectors tomorrow.
