CWC (Ceylon Workers' Congress) General Secretary and Nuwara Eliya District MP Jeevan Thondaman met Indian High Commissioner Santosh Jha at the Indian House yesterday (May 12), focusing on India's continued support for the upliftment of Indian-origin Tamils in Sri Lanka's Hill Country.
Mr Thondaman expressed his appreciation for India's longstanding support, stating “I had an excellent discussion" with Mr Jha regarding strengthening India-Sri Lanka relations and India’s continued support for the upliftment of Indian-origin Tamils in the Hill Country.
