At least 25 land mine clearing workers have been injured in a road accident on A9 road, Muhamalai when a tipper collided with the bus that was transporting them to work.
The injured individuals are currently being taken to the Muhamalai hospital. Preliminary investigations revealed that the tipper collided with the bus from behind and toppled the bus. Police are doing further investigations into the accident. (Pix by N. Lohathayalan)
