Two persons died and another two seriously injured in a road accident on the A-9 road in Kanagarayankulam, Vavuniya today (08), police said.
A cab heading to Mankulam from Vavuniya had collided with a tipper heading to Vavuniya, Kanagarayankulam police said.
The driver and another passenger of the cab have died on admission to hospital while the tipper truck driver and another have sustained severe injuries. Police investigation is underway to determine the cause of accident.
