The Cabinet has granted approval to lease out CEB lands to the United Arab Emirates Capital Investment LLC for a hotel project.
Based on a project proposal by the UAE Capital Investment LLC, to acquire a land owned by the CEB located adjacent to the Maussakale Reservoir and a small island located near by approval was granted.
The lands are to be given as a long-term lease period to build a hotel complex by using 25 million USD.
This is a method to receive to direct foreign investment to the country, a note to the cabinet said.
