Acting Chairmen appointed at Bank of Ceylon and People's Bank
Treasury Senior Deputy Secretary A.R Deshapriya has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of the Bank of Ceylon while Treasury, Deputy Secretary A.M.P.M.B Atapattu has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of People's Bank, the Finance Ministry said.
According to a statement by the Ministry the two officers who were appointed by Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera are serving in the Board of Directors of the two Banks as Treasury representatives.
