The Colombo High Court granted bail to former Parliamentarian Tiran Alles and two others in the Reconstruction and Development Agency (RADA) case.
Alles and two others were previously remanded by the Colombo High Court over a Rs.200 million fraud that had allegedly taken place at RADA in 2006.
Earlier on this week the Court of Appeal ordered the release of Alles and suspended the remand order issued on him by the Colombo High Court.
