The Appropriation Bill for 2021 will be submitted to the Parliament by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa on November 17 at 1.40pm in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, according to the Parliament.
It was decided at the Parliament Business Committee meeting yesterday that there will be a Special Adjournment Debate moved by the opposition on November 13. The Business Committee has also decided to limit the debate of the Appropriation Bill -2021 for 21 days.
