Athula Priyadarshana de Silva was appointed as the new Chairman of Lanka Electricity Company Limited (LECO) yesterday (Dec 23).
The appointment letter was handed over by Power and Energy Minister Mahinda Amaraweera.
Taking to his Twitter handle, the minister said he had informed the new Chairman to continue LECO’s quality service to the public.
He said that LECO had “already gained the trust of the public by providing quality service to the public”
