Attack on journalist Keith Noyahr: Retd Maj Gen re-remanded
Former Director of Army Intelligence, Major General (Retired) Amal Karunasekara, who was in remand custody, was further remanded till May 16 by the Colombo Additional Magistrate today.
He was remanded in custody in connection with the abduction and assault of then Deputy Editor of 'The Nation' newspaper, Keith Noyahr in 2008.
