Attanayake files against refusal of bail
Former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake filed a revision application challenging the High Court order to refuse him bail.
Mr. Attanayake is held under Section 3(1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) Act No. 56 of 2007, on charges of forging a document expecting to alter the results of the 2015 Presidential Election.
