Belarus and Sri Lanka have concluded political level talks on development of the legal framework of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation within international organizations, the Belarus Foreign Ministry said.
Belarus hosted the third round of political consulta-tions between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Sri Lanka.
The Belarusian side was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Valentin Rybakov. Sri Lankan delegation was headed by the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, G.Asirvatam.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the whole range of topical issues of bilateral relations such as regional cooperation, cooperation in the field of culture and the education, health, science and technology.
Special attention was paid to the development of the legal framework of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation within international organizations.
