Several bodies have been recovered from landslide sites in Kegalle District this morning local media reported.
Five bodies have been recovered from the landslide site in Aranayake and two more bodies were found in Bulathkohupitiya reports claimed.
The Aranayake landslide took place last evening and affected three villages while the Bulathkohupitiya landslide last night damaged at least six houses. Reports suggest that sixteen individuals were missing following the Bulathkohupitiya landslide.
