A body of an infant believed to be six months old has been discovered hidden a garbage dump in Malwana.
The body was discovered by the Biyagama Police at 7:30 pm yesterday (Nov 18).
However, the police officials who discovered the body have left it at the same place for a magistrate inquest to be carried out.
Biyagama police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
