Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne has granted approval to the CID to forward the phone call recordings in the Bond Scam case to the Government Analysts Department.
The approval was given when Perpetual Treasuries (Ltd.) owner Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena who were issued summons, arrived at the Fort Magistrate today.
Accordingly Magistrate Jayaratne ordered that an analytical report be presented following a probe into the tapes.
Meanwhile, Chief Dealer of PTL Nuwan Salgado and the company's technical officer Sachith Devathanthri also appeared before court today.
The case will be heard again on February 25.
