The number of COVID-19 patients reported from the cluster at the garment factory belonging to Brandix rose to 101 this evening (5).
According to the Government Information Department, those who have tested positive include workers at the factory as well as workers who had gone home on leave.
Accordingly, positive cases linked to the factory have been reported from Kurunegala, Monaragala, Jaffna, Minuwangoda, Katana, Seeduwa, Divulapitiya, Mirigama, Ja Ela and Mahara.
