The number of COVID-19 patients linked to the Minuwangoda Brandix cluster has climbed to 1721 this evening with 113 new cases being confirmed.
The latest positive cases comprise five from quarantine centres and 108 close contacts of apparel factory workers.
A total of 130 COVID-19 cases have been identified so far today.
