Buwaneka Aluvihare appointed as acting Chief Justice
Supreme Court judge Buwaneka Aluvihare has been appointed as the Acting Chief Justice today (Sept 6).
A spokesman for the President told Times Online that the appointment had been made this morning since Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya had gone overseas.
