The case filed against former Minister Basil Rajapaksa for misappropriating Rs 29.9 million worth state funds has been postponed till November 7 by the Colombo High Court.
Rajapaksa is accused of misappropriating funds belonging to the Divineguma Department during his tenure as Minister of Economic Development.
The order was issued by High Court judge Shashi Mahendran.
