The Colombo Magistrates Court will take up the case against former State Minister Vijayakala Maheswaran over the controversial remarks pertaining to the resurgence of the LTTE on December 07.
Meanwhile, the Organized Crimes Prevention Division (OCPD) informed court that the report containing the findings of the investigation have been submitted to the Attorney General.
Accordingly, the observations of the Attorney General would be presented before courts on December 07.
