The investigations into the case involving the abduction of 11 youths in 2008 / 09 from Kotahena is currently in its final phase, a court heard today (Jun 26).
This was informed to Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) during today's court hearing.
Meanwhile, the accused in the case Lieutenant Commander Chandana Prasad Hettiarachchi alias 'Navy Sampath' was also further remanded until July 03 upon the orders of the Magistrate.
