The case pertaining to the misuse of state funds amounting upto Rs 200 million belonging to the Reconstruction and Development Agency (RADA) has been adjourned until June 03.
The case was filed by the Attorney General against former parliamentarian Tiran Alles and three others under the Public Property Act.
The lawyer representing Mr. Alles - the first suspect in the case, had told court that his client was not able to attend today's hearing due to personal reasons.
Earlier, court had given permission to hear the case without former LTTEer Emil Kanthan who is also a suspect in the case.
The AG had filed the case alleging that the fraud was committed in 2006 by the said suspects including Former CEO of RADA Saliya Wickramasuriya, and Jayantha Dias.

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to vacate his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo this morning, a Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) source said.
The Presidents’ Entitlements (Repeal) Bill was passed by a majority of 150 in parliament today. However the opposition MP’s were absent during the voting.
