Power and Energy Minister Mahinda Amaraweera has instructed the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to submit a Generation Expansion Plan for the next two years.
He has also sought a report from the CEB outlining all suspended power-related projects by Friday (Dec 6).
The minister said he intends to submit the report to cabinet and obtain approval to resume all such projects in due course.
