Charitha Herath appointed as Secretary to the State Minister of Mass Media
Dr. Charitha Herath has been appointed as Secretary to the State Minister of Mass Media and Digital Infrastructure, the Government Information Department said.
Dr. Herath was formerly the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Information until January 2015.
