The Colombo-Katunayake Expressway from JaEla to Katunayake has been temporarily closed due to a fire in the area, Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said.
The DMC also said that the public can use alternative routes such as the Ja-Ela to Colombo section and Colombo-Negombo road or any other the alternate routes. Further information can be obtained from dialling DMC Hotline 1969 or 117.
