Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland arrived in the country yesterday (Nov 3), to take part in the Commonwealth Law Ministers' meeting.
She was welcomed by Attorney General Dappula de Livera at the Bandaranaike International Airport.
The Commonwealth Secretary General, a one time Attorney General of UK and Wales, and also Northern Ireland, will remain in the country until November 8.
