Suspect arrested with heroin and a foreign hand grenade to be produced before court
A suspect who was arrested over the possession of heroin and a foreign hand grenade in Madampitiya will be produced before the Maligakande Magistrates Court today (Feb 11).
The suspect who was found to be in possession of 23.46 grams of heroin and a foreign-manufactured hand grenade, was arrested by the STF last morning following a tip-off.
He has been identified as a 31-year old resident of Henamulla Road, Colombo 15 by the name of T.M.C. Sampath.
