Two females (aged 62 and 71) from Colombo 10 and Wattala and a 76-year-old male from Matale have died from COVID-related pneumonia, Health Services Director General has confirmed. The three deaths increased the total number of COVID deaths in the country to 152.
With Sunday’s 650 newly detected cases, the total number of COVID positive cases from the Minuwangoda, Peliyagoda fish market and prisons clusters have reached 29,152.
