The curfew which was imposed in the country yesterday (Apr 21) has been lifted off at 6 am today, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara said.
Meanwhile, security personnel will continue to be deployed across the country throughtout the day.
"The number of suspects taken into custody has also increased along with the number of victims," the spokesman told Times Online.
