Dialog Axiata PLC on Friday entered into an agreement to acquire the Systems Integration (SI) Business of privately owned V S (Vidya Shilpa) Information Systems (Private) Limited which is named as VSIS Enterprise Solutions (Private) Limited (VES).
It will be done through Dialog Broadband Network (Private) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog. VES generates an annual turnover of Rs. 2.7 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed in April 2020.
The complementary product portfolios of Dialog and VES alongside the best in class ICT solutioning capabilities of VES are expected to combine synergistically towards providing Sri Lankan Enterprises with world class solutions across multiple domains of digital transformation including but not limited to Cloud, IoT, AI and Advanced Connectivity, Dialog said.
