DIG Dissanayake remanded till September 30
DIG U.K. Dissanayake has been further remanded till September 30 by the Vavuniya Magistrate on allegedly aiding a treasure hunt. He turned himself in on September 19. Several people including three police officers were already in custody for the alleged incident, which is said to have occurred in Vavuniya.
