A fundamental rights petition seeking a Supreme Court order to freeze assets belonging to ETI Finance Company and its board of directors has been fixed for December 4.
The petition had been filed by the ETI Depositors’ Association requesting the Supreme Court to issue these orders to the Central Bank which is the regulatory body of finance companies.
