A female doctor who was involved in a drunk driving accident that resulted in the death of a policeman has been remanded until October 16.
The order was issued when the case was taken up before the Gangodawila Magistrate Court today.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
