Ferry service suspended due to COVID scare
The ferry service between Kurikadduwan and Nainative has been suspended with immediate effect till further notice on suspicion of an associate of the COVID-positive employee of the Minuwangoda garment factory may have used it.
The authorities have made an appeal to all ferry users to report if they have come in contact with this associate during the past few days.
