A fire has erupted at the Engineering Faculty of the Moratuwa University yesterday (Jul 11) night.
The Moratuwa Municipal Council had deployed a fire brigade in a bid to control the fire.
According to the fire service department, the fire had erupted due to an electricity leakage while testing a car for an exhibition.
However, no persons have been injured as a result of the incident.
