Five persons including 4 Army Officers were injured in an accident last night in the Veppankulama area in Omanthai, Vavuniya.
The Police said that an Army cab collided with a small lorry that was travelling from Puliyankulam towards Vavuniya.
Four army personnel and a civilian were injured in the collision and rushed to the Vavuniya hospital.
Police said the condition of the injured was serious and the police are conducting further investigations
