Former Embilipitiya, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) D. W. C. Dharmaratna was remanded until April 8, today by the Embilipitiya Additional Magistrate. He was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) over the death of a youth in Embilipitiya following a clash between police.
