Former Minister Johnston Fernando and two others acquitted
Former Minister Johnston Fernando and two other defendants were acquitted by the Kurunegala High Court this morning (October 17).
The order was issued by High Court Judge Menaka Wijesundara who considered a request made by the Defense claiming the prosecution did not have a case to carry forward.
