Two youths have gone missing after they had fallen from a boulder while attempting to capture a selfie in the Rummassala area in Unawatuna today (Jul 16).
According to the police, the incident had occurred at around 5 pm when four individuals had fallen from the rock. However, two youths from the group had managed to save themselves, police said.
Police have identified the missing persons as residents of Telikada aged 20 and 21. A search operation is currently being carried out by the Navy and the Police to locate them.
