FR petition against proroguing of Parliament
A Fundamental Rights petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the gazette notification which was issued to Prorogue Parliament.
Attorney-at-law Nagananda Kodithuwakku filed the petition today.
President Sirisena prorogued Parliament till November 16
