Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa who was receiving medical treatment overseas returned to the country yesterday (Jul 23).
He touched down at the Bandaranaike International Airport on flight SQ 468 from Singapore at around 11:45 pm.
A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
