Governor instructs to develop lands near Aruppitiya Reservoir

Western Province Governor Seetha Arambepola has instructed to clean-up and develop lands surrounding the Aruppitiya Reservoir in Akuregoda to facilitate the settlement of people.

Ms Arambepola made these remarks during an unnoticed inspection tour in Battaramulla.

During the visit, the governor had also instructed officials to develop the park, , along Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha which is now in a depleted state
