Heavy traffic build up at Kottawa Expressway Exit; crowded buses head towards Parliament roundabout
Heavy traffic build up has been reported at the Kottawa intersection exit to the Southern Expressway.
The RDA is advising drivers to take alternative routes such as the Athurugiriya, Kothalawala and Kaduwela intersections.
According to the RDA the build up is due to crowds travelling by bus for the rally at Parliament roundabout today.
