Heavy traffic congestion is reported from around the Colombo Town Hall area owing to a protest march
The protest march has been organized by the non-academic staff of state universities.
According to reports the protest march is headed towards the Lipton Circus, Colombo.
Meanwhile, a group of engineers belonging to the Mahaweli Authority are protesting in front of the Presidential Secretariat.
