President Maithripala Sirisena has said that he would take full responsibility for appointing Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Prime Minister.
The President made this statement at the SLFP Central Committee meeting held at his official residence yesterday (Nov 26).
The central committee also decided to organise a special SLFP conference at the Sugadadasa Stadium on December 04.
