Army sportsmen and women who excelled in the recently-concluded 13th South Asian Games (SAG) tournament in Nepal were commended for their achievements.
The medal winners were felicitated at a ceremony held at the Army Headquarters today (Dec 13) presided over by Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva.
Army athletes won a total of 85 medals of which 19 gold medals, 29 silver and 37 bronze medals at the recently concluded games.
